Abstract With the objective of evaluating the influence of the solutions irrigadoras endodônticas (physiologic serum, solution of hipoclorito of sodium to 0,9% and clorexidina solution to 2%) and of the treatment of the dentine with ultrasound use in the adhesiveness of the adhesive systems and resinous cement in the dentine radicular, mensuração of cisalhamento resistance will be accomplished, through the test of push out, of pins of transparent fibers cemented with resinous cement inside channels radiculares of bovine teeth. For that they will be used ninety bovine teeth that you/they will have his/her discarded crown and their roots prepared biomecânicamente accomplished by the classic technique (it files Kerr 15 to the sweet orange Kerr 50) with solutions auxiliary irrigadoras. The specimens will be divided in two groups in agreement with the dentine treatment used: control and ultrasound. Those, for his/her time, they will be divided in three subgroups in agreement with the solutions irrigadoras used during the preparation biomecânico and during the treatment of the dentine with ultrasound: physiologic serum, clorexidina and hipoclorito. All of the groups will be desobturados with the drills corresponding to the fiberglass pins Translucent Exacto (Angelus). The teeth will stay stored in relative humidity the temperature of 37 centigrade degrees for seven days after treatment endodôntico, when then the conduits will be prepared, the dentine will be treated and the pins of fiberglasses cemented with adhesive system One-Step (Bisco) and resinous cement Duet-Link (Bisco). at this time the teeth will be processed for accomplishment of the rehearsal of push out: They will be fastened in a metallic base in the cut machine LabCut 1010 and perpendicularmente will be split up to the long axis of the root, with disk diamantado under constant cooling of water. The first cervical slice, of approximately 1 mm of thickness will be discarded. For each specimen, they will be obtained 4 slices of approximately 2 mm of thickness. The standardization of the thickness of the cuts will be determined with aid of the device vernier, which will be rotated 4 times (0,5mm to each turn) for cut of a slice. During the push-out rehearsal, the slice will always stay with the cervical side down. The results will be appraised through the resistance values obtained in MPa. These values of the push-out rehearsal will be submitted to the descriptive statistical analysis and inferencial, using the tests ANOVA and Tukey, with level of significância of 5%. The data obtained in the estereomicroscópio of the fracture patterns will be submitted to the test Kruskal-Wallis. | |
