Abstract

This Surveys aims to develop a theoretical material on the service area and planning for future application of these concepts in this area Propagation Agency - extension project of the Faculty of Arts, Architecture and Communication UNESP, Bauru, with a structure similar to an advertising agency. The propagation produces Minute Conscious - social radio advertisements lasting one minute, broadcast on Radio FM Unesp since December 2007, in five daily inserts that disseminate research projects and extension of UNESP Bauru and social action research community external. The objective is to restructure the area of Service planning and propagation in order to improve their internal and external communication and innovate planning actions. (AU)
