Abstract

This research project, theoretical, is located in the field of philosophy and philosophy of education and aims to investigate the subject teacher malaise that manifests itself now as a social phenomenon in the field of education. In this sense, we start from the assumption that the phenomenon teacher malaise is due to the process of expropriation of our experience at the present time. For Benjamin the traditional narratives lost their momentum with the advent of the modern subject of knowledge. Situation that would have been intensified by the events of World War I and advancement of technical and command their forces on man. For Adorno, individuals living in this kind of an "inability to experience", which challenges the training practices. Thus, the diagnosis of Adorno and Benjamin on the "impoverishment of experience" today can help us in understanding the teacher malaise, which seems to result from our struggle to give meaning to what happens in school and beyond, in particular at a time when our time is governed by the logic of work and consumption.
