Abstract

This study aims to evaluate whether neonatal screening for Cystic Fibrosis Center-West region is being carried out in accordance with the protocol prepared in 2010, and the incidence of CF in the region. As specific objectives, the study aims to analyze the total number of visits to the Reference Center for Cystic Fibrosis (CH School of Medicine of Botucatu) for the period proposed, identify the age of referral to the center of reference, analyze the incidence of cystic fibrosis in the region, the age at diagnosis and possible symptoms to diagnosis.(AU)
