Abstract

The effects of the human actions can be visas and felt especially in areas with higher population density, concomitantly with the expansion of built areas, increase in number of vehicles in circulation, among another. Thus can be seen in rural and urban space, thermal and hygrometric differences significant comparing the two environments. The generation of an urban climate is consequence of various factors, among them: the used constructive materials, the presence of green areas, the use and the occupation of the differentiated soil, the constructions quantity in the urban space, the economic activities (industries, commerce, etc.), among another. In general these factors lead to the temperature increase and, decrease in relative humidity in these spaces. Thus the rural environment serves of comparison for studies of this thematic, for presenting characteristics different from the urban space. The general goal of this research project is to verify the temperature possible differences and of the relative humidity of the present air in the district Maracanã Garden, comparing- the with the rural zone of the city of Presidente Prudente. The district at issue in the city portion northwest of Presidente Prudente is located. For the data mensuration will be used mini-stations automatic meteorological that will register the air temperature and relative humidity data. For results analysis will be compared the collection different points, elaborating tables and graphic in the software EXCEL. (AU)
