Abstract

This research project proposes to investigate the school management while articulating element of formation of education professionals in order to achieve a quality education. Investigates the theoretical and epistemological assumptions underlying the practice of school management from the school as a place of observation, identifying everyday practices developed there as well as the perception of the professionals involved for their time / training needs. Understand how this research subject education professionals (managers and teachers) and object management school established relationship with teacher education from the concept of professional development. Through a qualitative approach and using the participant observation, the research will also make use of other methodological procedures such as: bibliographic, documental analysis of existing legislation and regulations produced by the schools surveyed, questionnaire and selection of respondents exploration of issues relevant to the subject of study, and continuous observation of the dynamic school at different times. The data collected will be analyzed in light of theoretical research and the proposed objectives for this investigation.
