Abstract

This Plan of Research seeks to understand the spatial dynamics observed in the São Paulo s neighborhood called Santa Iphigenia. Confronting archival documents relating to construction approvals erected after 1893, when it was published the "Report of the commission of Examination and Inspection of Housing and CCOO Tenement District in Santa Ephigênia" with the photographic record still possible today, the existing buildings in the neighborhood, seeks to investigate how the urban heritage suffers metaformoses Sao Paulo and is mobilized by the oder Public Speeches and Media. Thus, we seek to provide a comprehensive inventory of spaces (primarily the documentation file for the period 1893-1922, filed in public service), then in the years 2011-2012, during which the actions inherent in the New Light Project, irradiated the immediate area begin to move about the neighborhood.(AU)
