Abstract

This project seeks to analyze, verify and confirm the song dramatic narrative relationship in various Brazilian audiovisual products , as a continuation of three other research projects in the area of song, television and film. For this, the starting point is the work directed by Daniel Filho. The analysis of films, telenovelas, miniseries and series production of director will enable the understanding of the paths used for the insertion of the song, its commercial role, their function and relevance. Data analysis will be made from the theoretical framework of academic literature in the area of film soundtracks. We will analyze works of other directors, in order to ascertain ways and means of insertion. Data obtained and discussed theoretically be supplemented with interviews of professionals involved in the products studied and audiovisual examples, producing an audio-visual material to complement the final text , a documentary about the song dramatic narrative articulation in audiovisual products.
