Abstract

The present study has as its object of investigation to know the experience of managing of the Social Organizations with a focus on health care (OSS) from the perspective of managers. The research will be setting the context of OSS in a county of Sao Paulo, particularly the Foundation UNI. It is a qualitative study, as a Single Case Study (Yin, 2010), explanatory, with five participants of the Board of Trustees of the OSS, namely: the director and representative of the OSS, representative the city council of health, community representative and a representative of the municipality. The data collection will be held in a non-directive interviews from March to April 2012 after the approval by the Research Ethics Committee, and the obtaining informed consent from participants. The data analysis will be carried out in accordance with the analysis of discourse proposed by Bardin (2002).(AU)
