Abstract

To think about new forms of dealing with drugs subject, above all, marijuana, this study aim knowing better the already consolidated and successful experiences in other countries, by the harm reduction policy. From these observations, seeks to consider a racional, coherent and well articulated system for Brazil, that fight truly the real and serious damages that drugs do, not only to the user, but also to all society. The countries to be visited will be Holland, Portugal and Spain. Besides analyzing the criminal policies regarding drugs, studies in places like universities and specialized institutes will also be done. (AU)
