Abstract

The aim of this study will be to assess the shear bond strength of low shrinkage composite resins on deciduous dentin. 45 primary dentin blocks will be randomly assigned to 3 groups (n=15) according the restorative system used at restorative process: G1 - Single Bond Adhesive System + Filtek Z250 ; G2 - Silorane Adhesive System + Filtek Silorane; G3 - UniFil Adhesive System + Kalore. After 24 hours in distilled water, shear bond strength will be tested at a crosshead speed of 0.5 mm/minute. Fractured specimens will be examined with an X40 stereomicroscope to assess the failure modes. For data analysis the MPa values will be used.
