Abstract This research aims to investigate ways of being mathematical educator hypermedia space, peering doings in the work of educational tutoring, conducted by teachers who work in the Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics in the distance, the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (UFJF). For this, the city of Polo Timothy (MG) was considered significant and chosen as the setting for visits and records for this investigation. Will be interviewed to (a) coordinator (a) Polo, mentors and tutors face to face does not meet the students of this pole, teachers responsible for courses and course coordinator. Interviews will be hermeneutically interpreted and analyzed in a phenomenological approach. In this perspective, the research seeks to discuss and understand the context of education, how to be human beings with technology, and will be organized into three basic matrices: philosophy, technology and teacher training.Keywords: hypermedia space.
