Abstract

The objective of this study is to evaluate by immunohistochemistry the expression of proteins related to intracellular and extracellular TGF-beta in human coronary arteries, comparing three groups: arteries without atherosclerosis and without thrombosis, arteries with atherosclerosis, and thrombosis, and arteries with atherosclerosis without thrombosis.
