Abstract

Through changes in collection procedures and especially analysis and interpretation of data, this research proposal aims to contribute to the improvement of psychological assessment procedures, especially the graphic projective methods. In several spheres, the proposal has similar aspects to the "Draw a Person" (DAP) since it also involves the drawing of people. By other side, this proposal hunts the design of the parental figures, ie, a drawing of father, a drawing of mother and another of couple. So, unlike DAP where is the representation of the self-image, will be represented the third parties images, in the case, the parental figures. It also shows similarity with the "Design Family with Stories" although the proposal does not involve the design of other family members besides the parents, like brother and sister, for example. And do not include the step of stories. Thus, this procedure will be call "Design Theme of the Parental Couple." Through the use of projective clinical tool, the present project also intend the verify the possible changes occurring in the emotional sphere of the young audience, target of the research, resulting from the new family compositions of the present time.(AU)
