Abstract

The project aims to understand how different languages dialogue in the process of creating a movie, thinking that the narrative appropriates a subject that is developed for different media supports, originated in the literature. For that, it is chosen how an example the film, the script of The Famous and the Dead, by Esmir Filho, 2009, and the novel by Ismael Caneppele, 2010, the two texts published after the film's release. The intention is to escape from the hard rules of screenwriting manuals in order to explain the concept of network that exists at the creation of a work, and how this idea can be incorporated, in order to add meaning in film narrative. It refuses the notion of script as a guide to understanding it as a "between of places" who can take the idea from one media to another and yet to establish itself as a complete work. It is understood here, the director as a conductor to guide the different authors inserted into the creative movement, in this case, searching for a project that can be called 'sensory'.
