Abstract

The project aims to describe the ontogenetic development of Copella, to understand how ontogenies change during evolution and to establish the type of miniaturization of the group, once decreasing in size in Lebiasinidae is evident. This study will also contribute to new sources of relevant characters to the understanding of the relationships between the species of Copella, which is part of my PhD project. (AU)
