Abstract

The purpose of this project is to reflect on the importance of quality assessments in academic libraries from the perspective of their customers. Highlights and presents a specific methodology, LibQual, using a case study conducted in Texas A&M University libraries. From a critical analysis, notes the possibility of application of this methodology in Brazilian academic libraries. (AU)
