Abstract

Micro Electro Mechanical Systems (MEMS) are being considered as the technology of the future, these systems are a combination of microstructures, microsensors and microactuators with nonlinear properties caused by electrostatic forces. This research project aims to study the nonlinear properties caused by these forces, and for that, we consider the model of a system micro electrostatic actuator.(AU)
