Abstract

The present study aimed primarily to see if there are changes on the expression of glutamate receptors and their contribution to increasing the extracellular concentration of glutamate and its effect on neurological dysfunction in mice with acute liver failure induced by Azoxymethane, the second objective is to determine this the influence of glutamate depolarization of nerve cells in mice with severe acute exacerbated by varying the ammonia concentration is a factor that influences the depolarization of nerve cells, causing a greater disease in dysfunction.
