Abstract

Knowledge of the interaction of factors affecting the germination of weed seeds helps to understand the population dynamics of a species in a region. The research project will be executed at the Center for Agricultural Sciences / UFSCar and will aim to determine the germination behavior of Merremia aygptia (L.) Urban, Ipomoea purpurea (L.) Roth (Convolvulaceae) and Luffa aegyptiaca Miller (Cucurbitaceae) in different temperature conditions (15, 20, 25, 30 and 35 ° C), light (and without) and sowing depth (0, 2, 4, 8 and 10 cm) in soils with different textures and different quantities of cane sugar straw on the ground (0 , 10 and 15 t ha-1).
