Abstract

The research project wants to study the experience of Instituto ANNONA de Agricultura Sustentável while privileged institution to understand the sustainability paradigm via the practice of organic agriculture. Departing from previous field work, I point the Instituto ANNONA as a privileged institution to understand the transformations productive that are happening in agriculture, and particularly in the call small entrepreneurial agriculture of interior paulista. I seek with this project to understand and discuss the experience topical of a institute of "impact" that I consider as "research lab" for to understand the emergence of a "new agriculture". I consider in this work that the region in question is part of a complex strategic and diffuse that merging productive experiences, that a first glance might judge antagonistic, points to the emergence of a highly qualified production and with potentialities to enter into a new productive paradigm. The research will privilege the field work and quantification of data and information as from their qualifications. (AU)
