Abstract

This research project is aimed to the study of control techniques for induction generator with rotor squirrel cage applied to wind power generation systems. In this context will be studied the dynamic model of the generator, the converters to process energy generator and control techniques for the generation system. For this purpose studies will be conducted through computer simulation using mathematical models the system being studied. (AU)
