Abstract

The main aim of present project is to participate in a measurements of deuteron-induce reaction on different lead isotopes ({204}Pb, {206}Pb, {207}Pb, and {208}Pb) at energy 2 AGeV, which will be done on 14-18 March 2013 using the external beam of the Nuclotron of the LHE, JINR, as well as to participate in experiment with the above mentioned targets at energy 4AGeV for study the energy dependence of isotope effect in the deuteron nuclear reactions (November 3013). The measurements will get started immediately after irradiation and will durate up to one year in order to detect short-lived isotopes as well as long-lived ones (such as $^{56}$Co, $^{102}$Rh, $^{110m}$Ag etc.). On the base of that measurements will be calculated reaction product cross-sections using activation method by means of half-lives, intensities and energies of $\gamma$-transition of radioactive fragments. The target foil will be counted using Ge(Li) spectrometer, and the decay of the $\gamma$-ray spectra, followed as a function of time, will be used for identification and measurement of individual radionuclides of the reaction. During the experiment is expected to obtain a large number of $\gamma$-spectra (an average of 10-15 spectra of each target). In the framework of the present project also it is suggested to calculate the cross-sections of fragments produced in reaction induced by deuterons on the $^{197}$Au at 2 AGeV. As well as to analise the charge and mass distributions of reaction products in order to determinate the total reaction cross-section. The recoil technique (``thick target-thick catcher"), based on the two step model mathematical formalism, will be used to determine the kinematics characteristics of reaction products. (AU)
