Abstract

In this work will be developed new architectures of biosensors using nanomaterials. Nanomaterials as carbon nanotubes are excellent to biosensors and sensors development, which can increase the response of enzymatic products and promote the electrocatalysis. It will be studied some characteristics, including the kinetics of enzymatic reactions, the electrons mediators, retention of enzymatic activity and the stability of each bioensor/sensor. (AU)
