Abstract

This project aims to address, from the social networking site Facebook, the nightlife offered in the cities of Presidente Prudente-SP and Londrina-PR, in order to identify the relationship of the consumer public interface of these spaces, whether between the public and establishments that are offering the nightlife, either between the consumers public. From the mapping of the spatial distribution of nightlife establishments, we will try to identify possible concentrations in urban areas of these cities in order to recognize the building of the centers as well as their degree of centrality and segmentation of the consumer market. The project aims mainly to discuss new forms of interaction and spatial practices arising from both the diversification of nightlife, and of electronic mediation.(AU)
