Abstract

The project aim the synthesis of complexes with general formula [RuCl(bipy)(P-P)CTZ]PF6, (where P-P = 1,1-Bis(difenilfosfino)ethane (dppe), 1,4-Bis(difenilfosfino)butane (dppb) e 1,1-Bis(difenilfosfino)ferrocene (dppf), and their characterization by NMR 1H, 31P{1H}, 13C{1H}, COSY, HSQC and HMBC, absorption spectroscopy in the IV and UV/Vis region, cyclic voltammetry, and differential voltammetry, and R-ray diffraction (in the case of monocrystal obtention). The ADN interaction with the complexes will be studied with the viscosity, gel eletroforese, spectrophotometric titulation technique, and spectrofluorometric measurements. Studies of cytotoxicity will also be done, with the tumor cells (MDA-MB-231 e DU-145), and health cells (FGH).(AU)
