Abstract

This research aims to study and analyses the editorial journalism approach of the newspaper Diário da Manhã, printed in Ribeirão Preto between 1964 and 1967. The work is based on reading and analysis the editorials the newspaper seeking to trace its policy and editorial profile, identifying the concepts of journalism in conjunction with themes of society at the time, particularly of a political and social, with an emphasis on activities related to the military dictatorship.
