Abstract

The present application for travel funding is dedicated to the development of Nonautonomous Hyperbolic Thermoelasticity, which is a current research subject with strong mathematical complexity. Recent results have been published in highly ranked journals. The project also seeks the following goals. 1 - Strengthen the scientific collaboration between the proponent and professor Yuming Qin, renowned expert in nonlinear dynamical systems, who visited ICMC-USP in 2010 with a grant from FAPESP. 2 - Find new scientific collaborations with Chinese Asian researchers. 3 - Find possible agreements for scientific collaboration and graduate students.
