Abstract In the last years several researches have been realized for to increase cell growth in biomaterials by using nanotubes. The purpose of this project is to associate the methodology developed for nanotubes with drugs release in the Ti-7.5Mo experimental alloy. Thus will be possible to associate bone growth with minimization of the infectious process. Drugs will be incorporated and samples will be coated with polymer PLGA poly (lactic-co-glycolic acid) for drug release. Characterization techniques such as SEM - FEG, X-rays, spectroscopy UV and contact angle will be used for samples analyses. After incorporation will be realized in vitro studies, with biofilms growth and cellular viability. | |
