Abstract This research project aims to analyze persons built in the Brazilian legislation. Understanding that the concept of person derives from the concept of "Nature Person" - human beings endowed with life - to the Federal Constitution, I propose to analyze how other persons are dismembered of this concept and advocated for laws and draft laws in Congress. I want to see how legislative documents allow different readings, interpretations and proposed about certain times of life, or physical condition, gender, ethnicity. Thus, they enable and build various Statutes, such as the Child and Adolescent Statute of the Elderly, the Indian Statute, Statute of the Disabled. This research offers to observe how women are constructed as a person in such laws, and how it can be more than one construction, a single person. That is, we will turn to the categories that can become it a person within a legislative discourse. Thus, this research aims to observe how there can be differences in personhood to person constructed in the Brazilian legislature, and then observe that production of relationship and person in the sphere of legislative documents.
