Abstract

In our Master of Research degree we propose the study of the metanarrative in the work of Italo Calvino (1923-1985) aiming at verifying how the author makes use of the self-reflection resource to structure his narratives and think about the literary creation. In continuation of the research development, the internship project abroad herein has as its objectives the access and the study of bibliographic sources towards metanarrative and also reviews on the author; and the contact with Italian researchers who develop research on Calvino in order to exchange information and enrich such work.
