Abstract

The main goal of this research is to develop a genealogy of the human person as a subject of law in the International Law of Human Rights". To realize this aim we will study three historical events: 1) The four Geneva Conventions of International humanitarian Law (1864; 1899; 1929 e 1949 2) 1951 Convention relating to the Status of Refugees 3) the Convention on the Rights of People with Disabilities (2006) It will be done a research in the preparatory works of the conventions it will be also researched the institution responsible for their implementation and also a good practice of implementation for each one of the treaties. After the analysis of these cases, we will suggest possible elements for a deeper understanding of the concept of subject of law in the field of International Law of Human Rights. (AU)
