Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the effects of inclusion of subsidized loans on the response of the macroprudential and monetary policy in smoothing shocks that hit the economy. The study will be introduced through a dynamic stochastic general equilibrium (DSGE) model with imperfections in the credit market and a stylized banking sector that allows this credit facility with restricted volume and low interest rates.
