Abstract

The teaching system must have constant changes to attend the changes in the social context of students. One of the most known techniques of teaching environment evaluation is the questionnaire Dundee Ready Education Environment Measure (DREEM). The aim of this study is to evaluate dentistry students perception of Bauru Dental School about the education environment specially in Periodontics. The population of the study will consist of 150 students of 2nd, 3rd, and 4th years of college. Students who don't answer correctly the questionnaire will be excluded as well as who deny to answer it. Questionnaires will be compared between 2nd, 3rd, and 4th years, between man and women, and between Periodontology test grades. Results will be evaluated by parametric or non-parametric tests at a significance level of 5% (p<0.05).
