Abstract

This Scientific Initiation project aims to implement a system to manage and analyze time series associated with phenological patterns. The system to be developed will enable the extraction of phenological features from images, the visualization of time series and it will support the development and use of semi-automatic image classifiers. All of these features will be organized in a desktop tool for specific use in the study of phenology.
