In this work we will apply the method proposed by [1], which may allow the transfer of graphene sheets mono-and multilayer SiO2/Si substrate for various other substrates, thereby to control the location of the sheets transferred. This will allow to study the properties of the device manufactured in dependence on the target substrate, and the characteristics of graphene sheet produced by micro-cleavage HOPG.
