Abstract In this project, we propose the analysis of the World Trade Web by concepts and methods of non-linear dynamics and chaos. Tipping points will be identified and related to historical events, such as the creation of trade blocks, or international crisis. Financial crisis will be studies in terms of synchronization models. Methods to control the effect of financial crisis in different countries will also be developed. These investigations complement the initial project developed in the first six months of the undergraduate studies. (AU) | |
