Abstract

Determined in the pursuit of the power in the relation between art, ethics, aesthetics, and politics, the present research is motivated by a central thought: which would currently be the possibilities of arts to constitute works, proposals, and dispositives that touch their audience - many times co-authors - to the chances of new ways of being in the world and socially living. In the last two decades of contemporary dance production, it's notorious the reconfiguration of a relational poetic-aesthetic ideal (BOURRIAUD, 2009) guiding projects that happen in experiential areas beyond the classrooms and theatre rooms, living together with a vast amount of audiences in different contexts of cities. The aim is to behold the concepts of dancing body, the technical procedures (expressive and inventive), the poetics that sustain and reveal themselves to the attached process in these aesthetic streams, as well, in the others cultural actions proposed by the dance (and therefore by a body) that intends to relate beyond itself. Considering the hypothesis that the thread sewn by these aesthetic streams also constitutes a pedagogy based in the field studies of the artistic groups supported by the Program of Dance Promotion in the city of São Paulo, Brazil, it will be tried to observe the fundaments and guiding principles for the formulation of artistic pedagogical practices in contemporary dance.
