Abstract

This research project linked to research line "Formative Processes, Differences and Values", with the Graduate Program in Education of FCT / UNESP aims to take a balance of scientific articles, theses and dissertations, and books about resilience and education, published in the period 2000-2013, in Portuguese. The search for scientific articles will be held at Portal CAPES and Scielo with the following key words: resiliência e educação, resiliência e escola, resiliência e aluno, resiliência e estudante, resiliência e professor, resiliência e criança, resiliência e adolescente. The books will be selected according to the same key words mentioned above, paying attention to the quality of the publishers. In relation to theses and dissertations, the search will be made in Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations IBICT, in the Library of Theses and Dissertations C@thedra UNESP and the Library of Theses and Dissertations USP. The material will primarily compiled by a systematic review of reading, and will be selected only those that establish relationships between the theme of resilience with education. Subsequently the selected material will be read in its entirety and analyzed in order to proceed in their classification according to the theoretical and methodological trends used: abstract, interactionist, critical and historical-materialist dialectics. And we will proceed with the analysis of the relationships between scientific productions have resilience and education. This research project will enable the verification of the discussions about resilience and education, and can help teachers and administrators to reflect on the school as a space to promote resilience processes.
