Brazil is one of the countries that experienced the most rapid demographic transition in Latin America. It is estimated that by the year 2050 will have about 64 million people aged 60 or more, representing this number, 29.7% of the total population. The occurrence of this process creates new demands in relation to the urban space. This research examines a model of assisted living for seniors in the form of housing. This is a cross-sectional, qualitative study with interviews and visits exploratory. Results glimpse minimize the problem of accessibility in Intramurals spaces promoting and preserving the functionality of the residents.
