Abstract

The object of this research is the ergonomic evaluation - accessibility and mobility - of the house external areas focused on the needs of abled seniors. It is intended, as the main goal of this research, when evaluating the ergonomic quality of the house external areas, contribute and add values to the quality of life of individuals in the activity of "live". In addition, will be emphasized the importance of ergonomic evaluation of these espaces, not only with the evaluation of consolidated areas, but mainly with the adequacy of the porposed functions and uses, adding architectural and urban quality in a more comprehensive way in the habits and uses of a dwelling.
