Abstract

The French Geography from the beginning of the institutionalization of the Brazilian Geography was extremely important, also having been constituted as a key reference in the 1960s, with the Active Geography, and in later years with the Marxist and Cultural Geographies. Thus, the objective is to discuss recent epistemological changes, especially from the north in the 1970s, seeking to identify the intellectual networks with different built by Classical Geography bonds.
