Abstract

This project is addressed to research about questions on existence, multiplicity and qualitative properties of solutions of some classes of problems involving elliptic equations of second and fourth orders as well as systems of elliptic equations of second order. In particular, a special attention will be devoted to the study of qualitative properties, specially concentration and symmetry phenomena involving ground state and least energy nodal solutions of certain classes of these problems defined on symmetric domains.
