Abstract

The research project "Racial Prejudice in conjunction with processes of resilience" aims to characterize the phenomenon of racial prejudice, specifically the prejudice against blacks, linking it to processes of resilience. Our purpose is to investigate and analyze the origin of the phenomenon, as well as the predominance of studies on this topic in the current context, causes and factors associated with racial prejudice and the production of resilience in groups living prejudice through a bibliographic research of scientific articles and dissertations and master's theses provided by CAPES. After a literature research, a thorough review and analysis of the material collected, it will be presented relevant results on the subject, which may collaborate with the understanding of how education may consider actions that promote resilience in students who live every day racial discrimination.
