Abstract

Food Acquisition Program (PAA) has been essential in the acquisition of food production from Family Farms through the institutional market and distributing educational institutions, nursing homes, shelters, community kitchens, popular restaurants and food-insecure populations. While providing the linkage of the social fabric with expression on marginal and/or impoverished layers, both in the field (settlers/farmers) apart from the competition in the formal market and the unemployed and vulnerable by the structural crisis of capital increasingly loosened fragile labor relations with the formal labor market. In this sense, this new regional dynamic that is built on this public policy has awakened us to analyze the consequences of the Food Acquisition Program (PAA) territorial dynamics under sugarcane agrohidronegócio. To this end, we intend to understand how the poor rural worker and miserable citizens are getting involved within the program. In this sense, perceive if there are strategies for merging fight between subjects so that the program meets their. (AU)
