Abstract

Bullying is revealed through violent actions against the same individual and steadily. The target of bullying suffer physical and psychological damage, which directly influence their school performance as well as their relationship with friends, family and the community that surrounds it, developing a sense of social exclusion. Those who suffer from bullying tend to develop the following: lack of interest in school, low self - esteem, low in immune resistance, stress, psychosomatic symptoms and psychological disorders. This project aims to analyze the manifestations of bullying and its mechanisms, indicating the elements that contribute to its reproduction and inhibition. The study will be conducted through a literature review and empirical research carried out with the aid of recorded interviews, observation and analysis of two documented in the State School John Marciano, located in the city of Franca cases. Informants will be composed of two representatives from the direction of the school unit, five teachers, two students and two supervisors. Upon completion of the research and its conclusion, the data should be socialized with informants and various segments that make up the school environment.
