In Brazil, the Limited Liability Companies are the majority in the "Junta Comercial" because of the attractive features such as thecontractuality responsibly and limited partners. On the other hand, the corporate groups, are attractive to the organization of business activity, because of the structures with overlapping or coordination of companies to achieve resultsmore efficient in a competitive market and huge demand. The issue of corporate groups comprised of limited liability companies takeimportance when it is noted that there are insufficient formulations in brasilian law on the subject, that causes uncertainty to groupsof interest in general, and the minority shareholder, in particular, about the rights in a grouped Companie.
