Abstract In Brazil, much of the Eucalyptus planting is in area of soils of low fertility, low availability of phosphorus (P) and potassium (K) and low organic matter (OM), which implies in low nutrient level to the plant, reflecting to the reduced productivity. In this context, it was aimed to evaluate nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilization in productivity nutrient cycling and nutrient balance of crop. The experiment will be conducted at Renascença Farm, agricultural fund managed by Cargill Agricola S/A located in Três Lagoas/MS. The experimental design will be a randomized block design with ten treatments and five replications. The treatments consisted of nitrogen (N) (0, 70, 105 and 140 kg ha- 1), P levels (0, 40, 70 and 100 kg ha-1 P2O5) and K doses (0, 90, 135 and 180 kg ha-1 K2O). Will be evaluated: the wood volume, shoot biomass, concentrations and stocks of nutrients in eucalypts biomass (mineralomass), the efficiency of nutrient use, the nutrient transference from the canopy to the soil through litter production (leaf-fall), internal nutrients cycling (biochemical cycle), soil fertility and compositional analysis with the aid of the coordinates isometric log ratio (ilr) in order to evaluate the interactions of the nutrients.
