Abstract

This project of research internship abroad proposes to study the effect of post-deposition processing on photovoltaic performance of ternary copper chalcogenide solar cell, in order to obtain quality films suitable as an absorber layer in solar cells. The post-deposition effects will be characterized by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Photoluminescence spectroscopy (PL), Raman spectroscopy, Capacitance techniques, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Deep Level Transient Spectroscopy (DLTS), Hall effect, current-voltage (J-V), T-dependent J-V and External Quantum Efficiency (EQE) measurements.
