Abstract

The varying degrees of degradation fibers pulp, caused by use different reagents bleaching, affect the process internal sizing. As a result, this study aims to evaluate the effect using different bleaching sequences, the running bonding process with rosin at neutral / alkaline pH,compared the rosin bonding performed in acid medium by evaluating the final quality paper produced. In study, eucalyptus kraft pulp delignified with oxygen will be used industrially. Will be performed three different ECF bleaching sequences, OD(E + P) DD, OAHTD (E + P) and DD OAHTD(E + P)DP, beyond the processes of internal sizing with rosin in acid and alkaline media. The results are discussed in work bleaching process is brightness , brightness reversion, the bleaching chemical consumption and pulp viscosity bleaching process. For the processes of internal sizing with rosin in acid and alkaline media are examined and compared the test results Cobb and capillary Klemm.
